Senior Quality Manager

Manufacturing | Multi-Site Leadership | Full-Time About the Opportunity We are partnering with a growing U.S.-based manufacturer in the wire and cable industry to identify an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead quality operations across three manufacturing facilities. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong quality systems, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to quality leadership, with the ability to improve processes, reduce defects, strengthen compliance, and work closely with operations and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop quality teams across three manufacturing plants. Drive the overall quality strategy, focusing on continuous improvement, defect reduction, and operational performance. Develop, maintain, and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS). Ensure compliance with ISO, UL, customer specifications, and applicable quality standards. Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvement initiatives. Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve product quality and manufacturing performance. Oversee supplier quality performance and resolve customer-related quality concerns. Establish and monitor quality KPIs, including scrap, rework, customer complaints, and cost of poor quality. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field. Proven quality management experience within a manufacturing environment, including direct leadership of quality personnel. Strong experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and audits. Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Experience working with suppliers and addressing customer quality issues. Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional problem-solving skills. Experience with UL compliance strongly preferred. Wire and cable manufacturing experience is preferred. Why Consider This Opportunity?
