In fact, most of our new hires are ready to sit for their certification within just 35 days of their start date. What You’ll Do Work 1:1 with children between the ages of 2-9 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them learn communication, social, and daily-living skills. Implement individualized therapy programs designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and participate in team discussions around progress and strategy. Bring energy, creativity, and passion - Using play, movement, and laughter to engage children while promoting skill-building and growth. Partner with clients and their families in celebrating wins, problem-solving challenges, and promoting each child’s growth. What We’re Looking For Energetic team players who show up ready to engage and move with children throughout their sessions - This includes bending, squatting, lifting up to 30 pounds, and keeping pace with energetic young learners during play and activities. A collaborator ready to take on multiple tasks and decisions at once - whether it’s guiding a child, taking notes, or communicating with parents or clinical staff. Positive role models with a commitment to safety by keeping the therapy environment organized, safe, and welcoming so every child can explore and learn comfortably. Driven optimists who arrive to work on-time each day and are ready to learn, take feedback, and bring a can-do attitude to their teams and the families they serve. Must be at least 18 years old and hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Have accessibility to reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance, and be able to travel to other clinics to support when assigned. What We Offer Competitive Pay Based on Your Experience & Education: High School or Associate’s Degree: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour Master’s Degree (ABA, Psychology, Special Education): $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.
