Make an Impact.We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead quality initiatives across manufacturing, supplier development, and customer satisfaction. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and partnering with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers to deliver world‑class products.If you're passionate about manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, and building strong quality systems, we'd love to hear from you.As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will:Lead quality assurance initiatives throughout production and assembly operations.Conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.Perform supplier audits, First Article Inspections (FAI), and supplier qualification activities.Partner with suppliers to resolve quality concerns and drive long‑term performance improvements.Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction.Investigate product and process nonconformances using root cause analysis and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Coordinate supplier evaluations, certifications, and subcontractor quality programs.Utilize precision measurement equipment and inspection methods to verify product quality.Train and mentor employees and internal auditors on quality systems and best practices.Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase product quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.Required Experience:5+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing and assembly processes.Experience working with machining, fabricated metal components, and metal castings.Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T.Familiarity with computerized inspection systems such as CMM, GOM, OGP, or similar technologies.Experience conducting supplier quality audits and managing supplier quality performance.Proven success leading root cause investigations and implementing effective CAPA programs.Education:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.Professional quality certifications such as CQE, CQM, Lead Auditor , or similar are highly desirable.You are someone who:Builds strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.Communicates clearly and professionally at every level of the organization.Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Takes ownership, works independently, and follows through on commitments.Has exceptional attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.Can effectively prioritize multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards.Leads by example and enjoys developing and mentoring others.Why Join Us?This role offers the opportunity to influence product quality from supplier selection through final production, working alongside talented engineering and manufacturing teams.
