Requirements:

• NH license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg/Tele experience
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Previous Critical Access Hospital experience preferred

Other Details:

• Must be willing and able to float
• This facility does not accept local travelers (permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility)
