Compensation: $19.00 – $20.00 / hour (Depending on Experience) + Overtime potential

About the Role Are you looking to kickstart your career with a dynamic, hands-on role? We are seeking a flexible and customer-focused Office Services Associate based out of Oaks, PA. This is a fantastic entry-level position where you will represent our organization across multiple regional client sites, ensuring operations run smoothly and customers stay happy.

If you have a background or familiarity with copier and print equipment, a great work ethic, and a knack for customer service, we want to train you for success!

Responsibilities

• Copy, Print & Production: Review electronic files for print readiness; operate print equipment to produce, punch, bind, assemble, laminate, and sort high-quality print requests; perform basic daily maintenance and upkeep on copiers/printers.

• Mail & Courier Services: Accurately receive, sort, track, and route all mail and incoming packages (UPS, FedEx, Certified Mail, etc.).

• Reception & Office Support: Greet corporate visitors, answer phones, schedule conference rooms, log data, and assist with meeting setups (food/beverage).

• Team Collaboration: Communicate quickly with supervisors regarding client requests and attend cross-functional training to easily pivot between different account teams.

The essential functions of this role include:
