You, as an individual, will count when working with us. We have an immediate opening at Christopher's Dodge Ram for an Entry Level Technician. This person will be accountable for repairing vehicles and their ongoing maintenance for our loyal customers.The ideal candidate will have previous automotive repair experience or enrolled in a trade school, be a reliable employee, exhibit teamwork, and add value to our organization.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance Tasks include oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installations.Conduct diagnostic procedures Includes extensive diagnostic inventory to determine the sources of customer's problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.Manage paperwork Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records.Maintain cleanliness Ensure the work environment is clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.RequirementsAn ASE certification from a trade or technical school in automotive or engineering is desirable for this position.Service Technician experience or trade school enrollment/graduationKnowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment a mustWillingness to participate in in-house trainingAbility to operate all auto repair toolsExcellent listening and communication skillsBenefitsOur employee benefits include but are not limited to: Health insurance from $150.96 monthly Dental Vision 401k Disability insurance Company paid life insuranceTITLE VII OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964, AS AMENDED, PROHIBITS DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF SEX.
