While the advisor is ultimately responsible for the activities planned by students, the students need to learn to organize, maintain accurate records and be responsible individuals. Arrive at least one hour prior to the start of the event. Ensure all events have adequate chaperones in accordance with school policies. Oversee student check‑in and attendance at all events in accordance with school policies. Oversee collections/expenditures for the club.
