Aircraft Composite Technician

The Composite Technician is responsible for the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of composite materials used in the construction and restoration of aircraft. This role involves working with high-performance composite materials such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, and epoxy resins to ensure the integrity and safety of the aircraft. The technician must understand composite client-up techniques, curing processes, and surface finishing, along with a strong focus on quality control and precision.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with aircraft honeycomb composite materials highly preferred
• Inspect, sand, and finish composite surfaces to meet aesthetic and functional standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with company standards.
• Working knowledge of ceiling, grid, and other secondary aircraft structures.
• Working with pins, inserts, and hardware for aircraft cabinetry production.
