Job Title: Site Skilled Trades Recruiter

Location: Dallas

Company Overview:

We are partnered with an outstanding boutique staffing firm based in Texas with locations across the state, specializing in placing skilled trades professionals across industries. They urgently need a senior skilled trades recruiter to join its expanding Dallas branch!

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades roles (electricians, welders, HVAC techs, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client site managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
• Screen, evaluate, and place candidates while negotiating offers and start dates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of skilled trades recruitment experience in staffing or agency settings.
• experience working an on-site client program
• Strong knowledge of the skilled trades industry, certifications, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in ATS and recruitment tools.
