Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to provide temporary support to our corporate marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing high-impact customer-facing presentations, transforming complex data and trend research into compelling visual stories, and driving key marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with exceptional PowerPoint design skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a collaborative mindset. (Experience within a fragrance house or beauty/consumer goods marketing environment is a strong plus.)
Key Responsibilities

• Presentation Design & Storytelling: Create, design, and enhance client-facing presentations and marketing materials using advanced Microsoft PowerPoint capabilities, translating data and insights into visually compelling narratives.
• Trend Research & Data Analysis: Support market, consumer, and category trend analysis. Gather, organize, and analyze marketing intelligence and competitive data using Excel and other office applications.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate marketing projects, internal workshops, and special initiatives to ensure timely execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on deliverable timelines, business needs, and project objectives.
• Administrative & Operational Support: Execute ad-hoc marketing tasks, database updates, and documentation management as assigned by marketing leadership.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, data analysis, business support, or a related corporate function. (Fragrance house or cosmetics industry experience is a strong asset).
• Software Proficiency:
  
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with demonstrated strength in presentation design, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to synthesize research and data into actionable business insights.
