The Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation is a Tribal health care organization, serving nearly 30,000 people living across rural, southwest Alaska in villages with populations from about 10 to more than 1,000. Position Summary: Assists with patient care based on individual patient needs within the scope of practice under direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. Position Qualifications Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum Experience: One-year experience in acute Hospital setting or in ambulance. License, Certification, Registration: Current BLS certification. ETT or higher certification preferred. ETT Certification to be obtained within 6 months of hired. Basic arrhythmia course (may obtain within 6 months of hire); medical terminology.
