Your role in our mission Respond to incoming calls from members regarding their SoonerCare applications and the MySoonerCare member portal. Assist members with PINs, usernames, passwords, and other account-access concerns. Provide customer service and technical support in both Spanish and English. Guide members through the online application process in a clear, patient, and professional manner. Accurately document member interactions and follow established procedures. Protect confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies and applicable guidelines. Follow all departmental policies, procedures, quality standards, and service expectations. Collaborate with team members and support partners to resolve member concerns effectively. What we're looking for Strong customer service skills; previous help desk or call center experience is a plus. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required, including clear verbal communication in both languages. Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate and multitask across multiple applications. Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, colleagues, and support partners. What you should expect in this role This position is on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Regular and reliable attendance is required. Qualified candidates may be contacted by a Gainwell recruiting team located in another state. Job duties and responsibilities may change based on business and operational needs. Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation. The pay range for this position is $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
