Thatch is rewiring how health benefits work. We seek a Growth Marketing Lead to own strategy across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, and emerging channels, building and scaling new acquisition sources. You will partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and Analytics to turn channels into repeatable pipeline sources. You’ll test, measure, and refine with a focus on CAC, revenue, and attribution, while guiding channels through experimentation and scale. #J-18808-Ljbffr Doist
