Associate Analyst, MAC and Network Payor Compliance

Associate Analyst supporting MAC and Network Payor Compliance within Cencora's distribution services division. The role provides customer support operations, resolves complex inquiries, manages escalations, and maintains audit-ready documentation while ensuring service level compliance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily customer support, manage work sequencing, and maintain service level standards
- Resolve complex customer inquiries, technical issues, and account maintenance requests
- Act as first-line escalation for complex cases with documented evidence and analysis
- Prepare and maintain audit-ready records, case logs, and operational documentation
- Translate policy and compliance changes into team procedures and job aids
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of customer support, technical support, or service operations experience
- Certification in IT service management, customer support, help desk, or process improvement preferred
- Ability to resolve complex technical issues and installation exceptions
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills for audit compliance
- Experience with operational data analysis and process improvement
