  • Identify issues with drawings, parts, tooling, or installation instructions and provide feedback to engineering
  • Support prototype vehicle builds, engineering development activities, validation testing, and root-cause investigations
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle modifications, harness revisions, deviations, and completed work
  • Work closely with wiring DREs, electrical engineers, vehicle technicians, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve build and installation issues
  • Maintain harness-build tools, electrical test equipment, terminals, connectors, wire, and prototype materials
  • Follow established electrical-safety procedures, including high-voltage lockout and verification requirements when applicable

  • Experience using hand-crimp tools, automated wire-processing equipment, multimeters, continuity testers, and other electrical diagnostic equipment
  • Understanding of proper wire routing, circuit protection, grounding, strain relief, abrasion protection, and sealing practices
