Flexible and able to adjust to the changing needs of the restaurant and guests. Maintain a level of professionalism and community effectively. Maintain a professional image. Sets and restocks service area. Respect guest right of way. Set and reset the dining room as needed for service. Table maintenance. Support the captains to ensure that guests are attended to. Qualifications Food Handlers certificate. Lifters and carriers up to 70 pounds. Walks or stands for a 6‑8 hour shift. Fluent in English and able to clearly articulate guests’ needs to teammates. Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual. Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service. Flexible hours are required (need to be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays). Pride and confidence in personal style and appearance. Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail. Skilled in time management.
