Now Hiring: Barista / Future Store Leader

Feng Cha is looking for people who love boba, enjoy serving guests, and want to grow in the beverage industry.

This is more than a regular barista position. You will start at the store level as a barista, learn our drinks, service standards, and daily operations from the ground up. For the right team members, we provide training and development opportunities to grow into roles such as Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, General Manager, or future corporate opportunities.

If you enjoy boba, café culture, teamwork, and want to build real experience in the beverage industry, this could be a great place to start.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare Feng Cha drinks following recipes and brand standards
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for service
• Support daily prep, restocking, and closing/opening tasks
• Work with the team during busy hours
• Learn store operations step by step
• Receive coaching and training for future growth opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about boba, beverages, café, or food service
• Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes
• Team-focused and willing to help wherever needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Interested in growing into a leadership role in the future

Previous boba or café experience is a plus, but not required. We care more about your attitude, reliability, and willingness to grow.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends and peak business hours
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to follow food safety, sanitation, and recipe standards
• Must be punctual, responsible, and team-oriented
• Previous customer service, food service, or leadership experience is preferred but not required

What We Offer:

• Pay: Starting around $12-15/hour including tips (may vary by location & shift).

• Schedule: 20–40 hours a week, with night and day shifts available.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to ~40 lbs.
