Relationship Banker

Primary Office Location 2719 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania 15001 Position Title Relationship Banker Business Unit Retail Reports to Varies Based on Assignment Position Overview This position is expected to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent is responsible for executing branch leads directed by the Manager, consistently processing all customer transaction requests, and identifying opportunities to convert those transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. All actions must adhere to FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. Primary Responsibilities Promote the sales process by greeting customers, identifying their service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and conducting outbound calling. Make appropriate recommendations for the selling and cross‑selling of bank products and services. Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions. Use approved branch technology to input and maintain accurate data for all referrals, customers, and applicants. Complete and manage the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks following established policies and procedures. Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily risks in accordance with the F.N.B. Corporation risk management program. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. Minimum Level of Education High School or GED Minimum Years of Experience 0 Skills Required Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills Detail‑oriented Ability to use a personal computer and job‑related software MS Word – Basic Level MS Excel – Intermediate Level MS PowerPoint – Basic Level Experience in a related position Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services Sales and customer service skills Licensures/Certifications Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier – preferred but required.
