Traveling Mechanical Project ManagerLocation: Live anywhere in the U.S. | Nationwide travel requiredWe're seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to manage commercial mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects throughout the U.S. You can live anywhere in the country and temporarily relocate to project sites during assignments.ResponsibilitiesManage projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billingsCoordinate material/equipment procurement and subcontractorsMonitor project cost, schedule, quality, and performanceWork closely with field leadership, safety teams, customers, and vendorsEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetQualifications3+ years of construction Project Management experienceMechanical, HVAC, plumbing, piping, or commercial construction experience preferredStrong understanding of project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change managementExperience managing subcontractors and vendorsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsConstruction Management/Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experienceTravelLive anywhere in the U.S.Nationwide travel and temporary relocation to project sites requiredTypical schedule: 60–65 hours/week, 6 days/weekCompany-paid round-trip flights home every 3–4 weeksIf you enjoy traveling, taking ownership of projects, and managing complex construction from start to finish, we'd like to hear from you.Apply today for a confidential conversation.For additional information on this opportunity, please contact Jamie Tomczyk directly at View phone number on click.appcast.io.
