Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Summary:


Seeking a Telemetry RN to provide specialized patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The role requires flexibility to float between units and work during nights and weekends on 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor patient care using telemetry equipment to track cardiac activity.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient treatment.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols.
• Document patient conditions, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Obtain and verify necessary certification and vaccination requirements prior to deployment.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active nursing license valid in the state.
• Possess BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
• Demonstrate proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Be able to float between units and work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
• Commit to attending mandatory orientation and any strike-related training.
• Capable of completing all compliance documentation including vaccination proof.
