Job Description

We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team for a 2nd shift position, which includes 12-hour shifts. The role may require floating to a sister site based on patient census and staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe environment for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Adapt to different team environments as needed, including floating to sister sites.

Qualifications

• Current relevant licensure and certification.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

• Flexibility to adapt to varying work environments and schedules.

Location

Position may require floating to facilities in the surrounding area, primarily based in Goldfield, AZ .
