What You'll Do Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. Assist guests with selecting cakes, gifts, and party solutions for every celebration. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Answer phones, take cake orders, and provide product recommendations. Decorate cakes with balloons, bows, and retail items for a beautiful presentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bakery environment. Restock retail merchandise, packaging, and front-of-house supplies. Follow food safety, sanitation, and brand standards. Work collaboratively with the bakery team to ensure every guest receives outstanding service. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with strong attention to detail. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed. Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Bend, reach, and move throughout the bakery during shifts.
