We are looking for an organized Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in Madison, Wisconsin. Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or department in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering incoming calls promptly and routing each inquiry accurately.
• Maintain an orderly reception area that reflects a detail-oriented and welcoming office environment.
• Provide general front-office support, including relaying messages and assisting with routine administrative tasks.
• Handle inbound calls with a calm and service-oriented approach, ensuring callers receive timely assistance.
• Support part-time scheduling needs while maintaining consistent coverage for front-desk operations.• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role.
• Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard or phone system with confidence.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented telephone manner.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls while staying organized.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work effectively in a part-time contract position.
