Serving as a key connection point for patients, providers, and attorneys, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will manage appointment scheduling, documentation, and case updates while working remotely in the Pacific Time Zone. Key responsibilities Provide proactive updates on appointment status, scheduling changes, and case-related needs Coordinate patient appointments, including same-day bookings and follow-ups to ensure attendance Manage high-volume communication across various channels, ensuring timely and accurate documentation Required qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience in a fast-paced customer service or healthcare environment Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
