Midtown Oaks Post Acute

Midtown Oaks Post Acute in California is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform grounds and facility upkeep, basic repairs, and safety-compliant tasks as directed. You will follow maintenance schedules, report incidents, assist with equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, and support residents and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
