Benefits Call Center Representative

Virtual Vocations Inc

Providing essential support to customers, the full-time remote Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound inquiries regarding health and financial benefits, document requests, and maintain proficiency in program policies while working a standard schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST. Key responsibilities: Serve as the initial point of contact for potential and existing members regarding their benefits Document enrollment requests, status changes, and customer complaints accurately Maintain technical proficiency in program policies and provide clear information to customers Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age Previous customer service and/or call center experience Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding skills Ability to pass a criminal background check and complete paid training successfully
