Donor Data & CRM Systems Lead

AIM seeks an Advancement Data and Systems Manager to oversee Virtuous and related systems, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for campaigns, events, and reporting. You will train staff, support leadership, and maintain secure donor records to drive organizational decisions. Reporting to the Advancement Operations Manager, you’ll build leadership reports, manage data strategy, and coordinate with IT on change management.
