Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week Home Health assignment in Bakersfield, CA.

Details

• Care setting: Home Health
• Monday–Friday, day shift (8am–5pm)
• 8-hour shifts
• Position involves approximately 25% travel
• EMR: Cerner
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Active CA PT license required (license required if applicable); pending licenses will not be accepted
• Active BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required; pending certifications will not be accepted
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates may not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility within the past year; candidates who worked PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered
