Delivery Driver - Medical Equipment

We are currently seeking a Customer Service oriented individual to join our team !
- Work directly with medical professionals and physicians to facilitate patient care

- Contact patients to confirm equipment is working correctly and account information is correct
- Troubleshoot and help with product installation via telephone
- Follow up on daily troubleshooting and customer retention reports
- Program and ship units out daily
- Clean and sanitize returned units to be repackaged
- Monthly inventory and product demo tracking
- Basic typing, clerical data entry
- Working knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, and other programs
- Basic phone skills
- Technical equipment skills
- Attention to detail
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
