Job Description:
We're seeking a dedicated RN for a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility opportunity in Soldotna, AK. This role involves managing individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and principles of primary nursing, in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and nursing practice standards.

Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:18 during days and 1:25 at nights. Charting is done via EPIC. No floating required.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license
• Minimum 1 year of LTC/SNF experience (BSN preferred, not required)
• BLS Certification
• COVID Vaccine required
• Proficiency with PC, applicable software, peripheral equipment, and clinical databases
