Join an established, stable and well-respected Ob/Gyn Medical Group Practice setting of 5 Physicians and 1 Nurse Midwife Nice mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology Practice setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Great mix of surgical cases 24/7 Ob Hospitalist coverage 24/7 Neonatology in house 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist coverage 24/7 Pediatric Intensivist coverage Ob/Gyn Residency Program Clinic is attached to hospital in medical office building Physician will have clinic hours at a partner FQHC in the area Access to several pediatric Subspecialists Board Certified/Board Eligible Ob/Gyn Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration About the Facility 131 bed hospital All beautiful private rooms Level III NICU/PICU 3,000 plus births Integrated referral network Part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system Why Physicians Choose Ascension Physician-led, collaborative culture Long-term practice stability National network with local autonomy Mission-centered care rooted in service What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
