Senior Wealth Analyst

Job Description

Rothschild Wealth Partners is seeking an experienced individual with a background in both technical planning and direct client relationship management to join our team as a Sr. Wealth Analyst to directly support advisors and their clients. In this role, you will help create and present client financial plans, educate and improve other analysts’ capabilities, implement investment proposals and manage client model portfolios, and be responsible for client relationships. You will play a critical role as a core point of contact for clients as well as contribute to planning strategy development for advisor team implementation. This role reports directly to the Director of Planning and is located out of our Oakbrook location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage investment activity for clients as a front-line point of contact: ensuring timely and accurate funding of alternative investments, trade execution, and portfolio management at the client level.

• Analyze new investment opportunities for clients using established portfolio construction methodology in collaboration with advisors and the investment team

• Develop lasting client relationships by providing exemplary service and maintaining Rothchild’s high standard of client service

• Create strategy and presentation deliverables for HNW and UHNW client meetings as a self-starter – proactively recommending new strategy and planning ideas for both clients and advisors

• Adhere to industry compliance standards for all actions from investment documentation to client information management and AI usage.

• Provide personalized, friendly, and high-touch client service across all client interactions – developing lasting relationships with clients and future generations.

What You'll Bring

• Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Strong experience in direct client facing roles across financial or professional fields.

• Desire to both learn and teach new skills as you develop, ensuring that your team is consistently provided with the best ideas possible

• Experience using industry investment software, CRM for tracking client interactions and financial planning software for modeling client plans

• Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent tasks and client requests, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in wealth management or the broader financial services industry in similar Sr Analyst level role.

• CFP, CPA, CFA, MSFP, MTAX, JD or other advanced degree/designations

• Degree in Finance or a related field. (CFP curriculum preferred)

• Series exams preferred (7, 66, 65, or 63)

• Experience with integrating artificial intelligence into professional work.

Rothschild Wealth Partners offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support your professional and personal well-being. The salary range for this position is $100,000– $125,000, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
