Software Development Engineer

Working remotely as a contract Software Development Engineer, the Technical Lead will manage scrum teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise guidelines while mentoring engineering teams and promoting a strong security culture. Key responsibilities Ensure technical solutions align with the overall technology stack and maintain application resiliency and data integrity Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Tech leads to translate feature requirements into effective designs Act as a DevSecOps Champion, ensuring adherence to security policies and promoting best practices across teams Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in application program development with at least 8+ years in IIB/ACE Development 8+ years of experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) v10 and Application Connect Enterprise (ACE) v11 8+ years of design and development of RESTful APIs and Web services 8+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere Message Queue (WMQ) 6+ years of experience with full CI/CD processes including GitHub, Jenkins, and Octopus
