Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics ~2 years of engineering experience Interest in human factors or pilot interaction Coursework in human factors, psychology, or cognitive science is a plus. Familiarity with flight deck architectures (PFD, MFD, FMS) is of value. Proficiency in systems engineering methodologies and tools Interpersonal and communication skills, enjoying to work collaboratively in a team environment.
