We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to succeed.Compensation* Approximately $60,000 average first-year earnings* Unlimited commission potential* Monthly bonus opportunities* Competitive guaranteed hourly rate* Top performers can earn $100,000+ annually* Highest earner at Regency Management Services has earned over $150,000What You’ll Do* Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging shopping experience* Build relationships by listening to customers and understanding their needs* Recommend furniture, mattresses, décor, and home furnishings based on each customer’s lifestyle and budget* Guide customers through the complete sales process from greeting to purchase* Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and financing options* Stay current on product knowledge and design trends* Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business* Meet and exceed individual sales goals* Contribute to overall store sales and team performance* Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom* Accurately process sales transactions and complete required paperworkWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and are excited about building a career in sales.You’ll be a great fit if you:* Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships* Have a passion for customer service* Are energetic, positive, and self-motivated* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills* Are comfortable identifying customer needs and recommending solutions* Are motivated by goals and performance-based earnings* Can work independently while contributing to a team* Are comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment* Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededRetail, hospitality, customer service, real estate, automotive, wireless, or other sales experience is a plus—but not required.Why Join Regency Management Services?We invest in our people through paid training, coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
