Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting during overnight shifts
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or compact license eligibility
• Current BLS certification
• Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing environment
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care hospital setting
• ACLS certification
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
