Together with DocGo's integrated Ambulnz medical transport services, DocGo is bridging the gap between physical and virtual care.Responsibilities:Performs Field checks on crews/trucks to ensure safety and operational standards are metTroubleshoots issues to the Operations Manager/Fleet Mechanic for resolutionAssists Crews with lift assists in the fieldHelps maintain supplies/equipment for trucks and orderingAssists with managing call-outs by contacting staff to fill operational gaps as needed.Educates the crews on the PCS and assists with any missing PCS'sUnderstands the dispatch process and is able to assist dispatch as needed to ensure scheduling efficiencies and optimization.Transport vehicles as needed by direction of the Fleet Mechanic or Operational personnel.Reports directly to the Operations Manager and completes tasks assigned in a timely manner.Reports to the required location and makes themselves available for company meetings in other locations as needed.Completes daily operations reports, attends all meetings as required, and maintains all relevant certificationsPerform additional related duties as neededRequirements:5+ years of EMS experience (Required)EMT certificate & BLS (Basic Life Saving) Certificate (Required)Valid NY State Driver's license (required)3+ years of experience in a supervisory role (preferred)CEVO-4 CertificateKnowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability)Problem solving skills, attention to detail, & organization skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStaff scheduling experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsManaging workflows, creating team schedules and delegating tasksExcellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple, simultaneous tasksAbility to remain calm, focused, and helpful under stressAbility to work both in NY five boroughs, and Long IslandEEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
