HR Coordinator

As our HR Coordinator, you'll provide hands-on support across recruiting, onboarding, and general HR operations, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner. This role is built for an early-career professional who is serious about building a long-term career in HR someone who brings energy and initiative to their work, takes pride in the details, and is hungry to learn and grow within the function.

This position is fully on-site with standard weekday hours and occasional flexibility for candidate scheduling or onboarding needs.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics from offer acceptance through Day 1

Conduct general employee orientation

Ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork, I-9 documentation, and system setup

Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during pre-boarding

Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) accuracy and requisition status

Support offer administration and pre-employment processing

Maintain employee records and assist with HR reporting and data tracking

Support HR programs, initiatives, and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

12 years of experience in an office, administrative, HR, or recruiting environment

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Prior exposure to an ATS or HRIS platform is a plus but not required

Basic familiarity with recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, or I-9 compliance

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer

Frequent use of hands for typing, filing, and general office equipment

Occasional lifting and carrying of files or office supplies up to 15 lbs

Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing

Ability to travel occasionally within the office/campus for meetings or onboarding activities
