Optometrist- $10,000 sign-on bonus! OD/MD office! - Springfield, Illinois
Join an established OD/MD office looking to hire part-time and full-time Optometrists! Our team is growing, and we are looking for Optometrists that would like to join our collegial practice!

- Base salary + production! Earn up to $180,000 annually

- CME stipend + CME travel expenses paid
- Malpractice paid
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $5,000 relocation assistance
- 8 Paid Holidays
- 3-4 weeks of PTO, including sick days!
Scope of Practice:
- Practice full scope!
- Opportunity to incorporate any specialties!
- Heavy medical, primary care, Glasses & Contacts, can incorporate Scleral Lenses or Low Vision, Post Opp care.
- Work with 4 other ODs and 4 MDs.
- See 24-40 patients a day with strong technician support.
- Updated technology including OCT, NCT, and EMR

**All states require optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. degree from an accredited optometry school and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry exam.**
