PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Nightingale Nursing & Rehab Center | Erie, PA
Nightingale Nursing & Rehab Center in Erie is hiring a dedicated PRN COTA to support our therapy team and help residents reach their highest level of independence.
What You’ll Do
• Provide OT treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist with implementing individualized care plans
• Document resident progress accurately and timely
• Support residents with functional tasks, strengthening, ADLs, and adaptive equipment
• Work collaboratively with the therapy and nursing teams
What We’re Looking For
• Licensed COTA in Pennsylvania
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, resident-focused mindset
