Hospitality People Ops Leader: Recruit, Onboard, Grow Teams

Esquire in Chicago seeks a seasoned HR leader to own recruiting, onboarding and employment compliance, partnering with the COO and Director of Operations on people decisions. You will ensure wage/hour compliance, manage payroll setup, and oversee benefits and training to keep hires ready for the floor. This role requires 5+ years in hospitality HR, hands-on recruiting, and strong knowledge of Chicago and federal labor laws.
