Production Associate Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$18.50 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

Read and interpret BOMs, mechanical drawings, work instructions, policies, and procedures.
Assemble parts and subassemblies using hand-held, DC, and torque tools (impact sockets, power drills, mallets, screw drivers)
Verify parts before assembly and completed components against specifications using measuring tools.
Meet quality standards and takt-time targets; document discrepancies as needed.
Report part shortages, defects, or equipment issues to the Production Supervisor.

Production Associate Qualifications:

Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must have prior experience using common assembly tools and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must be able to stand for up to a 10-hour shift and lift 25-50 lbs. frequently without assistance.
Must have ability to perform basic math, complete paperwork accurately, follow instructions, work independently, and support a team environment.
Must be able to read, interpret and comprehend standard Bill of Materials (BOM), standard work instructions and policies and procedures.
