Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter Location: Rancho Bernardo / Poway, CA (Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday (9x80 Schedule) We're seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter with 3–6 years of recruiting experience to support full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate positions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to identify and hire top talent. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer. Source, screen, and engage qualified technical candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Support recruiters with hiring activities and recruiting operations. Qualifications: 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience. Experience with full-cycle recruiting. Corporate recruiting experience is a plus. Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
