Logistics Coordinator We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage our daily shipping and freight operations. You will handle domestic transport, work directly with clients, and use our ERP system to keep shipments moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties: Freight Booking: Schedule and quote LTL, FTL, and 3PL shipments. Customer Support: Act as the main contact for client shipping updates and tracking. Data Entry: Log orders, track metrics, and manage Bills of Lading (BOL) in the ERP. Problem Solving: Resolve carrier delays, missed delivery windows, or freight damage. Paperwork: Maintain accurate shipping manifests and compliance documents. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution logistics. Shipping Skills: Proven experience setting up LTL, truckload, and third-party freight. Client Care: Background in B2B or retail customer service and problem resolution. Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with ERP software and carrier web portals. Pace: Ability to multi-task accurately under tight daily deadlines. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
