Community Care Allianceseeksahighly motivated, client-centeredleader to serve as 988 ClinicalManager. This is a unique leadership opportunity withinthenationwide988 Suicide & Crisis Lifelinenetwork a leading, integrated public health approach to suicide prevention.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated commitment to addressingsystemic, community, and individualchallenges inbehavioral health and/orsocial determinants of health through an anti-oppression lens
• Strong interpersonaland communicationskills with colleagues, supervisees, and clients
• Advanced skillsinproducingdocumentation and written reports
• Proficiencyin evidence-based and evidence-informed approaches to suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and care coordination

CORE FUNCTIONS:

• Providesdirect supervision to988 call centermanagers
• Engagesin routine evaluationof program needsand developsand implementspolicies,procedures, and trainingsaccordingly
• Collaborates with thecompliance manager to ensureclinical and programmaticadherenceto contract and accreditation requirements
• Participatesin contract oversight meetings, division and agency leadership and staff meetings, and other committees as assigned
• Co-facilitatesprogram staff meetings
• Modelseffective crisisresponse by providing consultation and/or engaging directly in client care or systems-level care coordination when indicated
• Acts asadministratoron-call on a rotatingor as-neededbasis

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Master'sdegree in social work or related field, withlicensurepreferred. Can substituteeducationwithaBA andLCDPor CPRSand 5+years' experience.
• Experiencemanagingbehavioral health crisesrequired, in settings such as behavioral health treatment programs, emergency services, homelessshelters, crisis centers, or similar
