McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Driver Trainee to learn safe, efficient delivery of grocery and foodservice products to major retailers and restaurants. In this entry-level role, you will train with experienced drivers on commercial vehicle operation, pre- and post-trip inspections, product loading and unloading, and DOT and company safety procedures. You’ll support accurate, on-time deliveries using handheld technology while providing professional customer service. McLane offers a safety-first, team-focused culture, hands-on training, and a clear path to become a full route delivery driver with long-term career growth.
