Starting Salary: $42,000 + performance bonus opportunities

Compensation: $42,000 base salary + performance incentives Total expected compensation: $55,000–$75,000 Bonus path: Tiered performance bonuses based on monthly production (quotes, items, mix) and profitable agency results. Growth: Advancement into senior producer roles with higher earning potential.

⭐ Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads, inbound calls, and agency‐generated prospects
• Conduct needs‐based conversations to identify appropriate auto, home, renters, and life insurance solutions
• Follow structured sales workflows for quoting, documentation, and follow‐up
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional service
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and agency management systems
• Support agency retention through bundling, cross‐selling, and proactive outreach
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with Allstate products and underwriting guidelines

⭐ Skills & Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow structured processes
• Ability to obtain P&C and Life & Health licenses (licensed candidates preferred)
• Comfortable working in a goal‐oriented environment
• Professional attitude, reliability, and coachability
• Basic proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
