SOX Analyst Location: Englewood, CO Position Type: Contract Rate: DOE $/hr. on W2 Interview mode: Face to Face US Citizen Green Card and GC EAD Preferred Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. 2-4 years audit and/or accounting experience required. SOX experience preferred. Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail, and critical thinking. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed. Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX.
