Property Accountant

We're partnering with a growing residential real estate organization to hire a Property Accountant . This hybrid position requires 3 days per week onsite and offers the opportunity to manage the accounting for a portfolio of residential properties. Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements and property reporting Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audit support Work closely with property management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Qualifications 2+ years of property accounting experience Residential housing or multifamily property accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close Experience with property management/accounting software is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Frederick Fox
