Assistant Manager

This position is with an independent franchisee of McDonald’s, separate from McDonald’s USA. Employment decisions, hiring, scheduling, and related matters are handled solely by the franchisee. Description Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The Assistant Manager role is high‑level management, also referred to as General Manager in training, supporting the General Manager in maintaining McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Managers may also lead departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, and Guest Service. The Assistant Manager must maintain urgent service standards and coordinate front counter and drive‑through operations. Requirements Minimum age 18. Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality. Positive team player with flexible schedule. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
